Return, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Hi there,

Before removing your Tags, please inspect your clothing that it is to your satisfaction. Once tags are removed, refund/exchanges are no longer valid.

We have a 14-day return policy. Please make sure to contact us within the 14 days after receiving your items through hello@bebepanda.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (trying on once is perfectly acceptable). Please attach your invoice as proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Sending an item back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

In regards to selling stock at more than 50% off, returns and exchanges are not acceptable.

Bebepanda is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

 

Damages and issues

In an unlikely event that your product is defective, damaged or inaccurately sent, please contact us via hello@bebepanda.com.au to evaluate and help rectify this mistake.

 

Exchanges

The easiest way to get this rolling is to contact us to return the item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
