Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

We understand that purchasing clothing online for our little ones can be confusing, therefore, we have offered a 30-days risk-free trial period for your peace of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting online returns is easy
  • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in.
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are eligible?
  • Within 30 days from the date you receive the product
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been washed or tags removed.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
  • Discounted items on sale
  • Products without original packaging and tags
Damage, loss, or theft issues
  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
  • If the purchased product is lost or suspected to be stolen, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges
We allow the exchange of purchased items. Once the exchange request is approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
 
What are the options for refund?
  • Refund to original payment method.
  • Refund to your shopify store credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
